What is SkillfulMeans Leadership lab?

SkillfulMeans Leadership Lab reliably and rapidly activates and develops every person’s potential to be an impactful leader in the Digital Age.  We help you build useful, sustainable, cellular-level leadership social and emotional intelligence skills and habits. 

You will be part of a small groups of up to 12 people over two days, followed by six weekly 90 minute interactive videoconferences and four 1:1 coaching sessions.  As you apply your new skills in your daily work, you will engage online with your colleagues from around the world.

Emil Ansarov developed the SkillfulMeans Leadership Lab (SMLL) program. He facilitates the program globally and leads the SMLL Teacher Training. Over his 25 years experience as a management and IT consultant he has lead teams on complex global transformation projects and managed the IT consultancy.  As a mindfulness and performance coherence teacher and a coach, over the past 20 years, he has helped individuals and teams to reach their goals and find joy and meaning in their work and life.  As an executive coach, Emil delivers customized leadership programs to leaders globally to help them and their organizations grow and meet complex challenges and uncertainty with clarity, impact, innovation, and resilience. 
I didn’t know what to expect. My goals were to improve my stress management, self-confidence and to improve my leadership skills because I had a team to lead for the first time. I’ve learned to be a coach and I received many compliments from my team members. I gained more confidence. During my performance review, my boss also told me that she noticed a change in my behavior since starting the program, so for me that was a really big win. And it is not just others; I also feel that I am not the same person. What is most important is to be myself.  And now I am myself. I’m me with my strengths and weaknesses. I can see a big difference between the start of the class and now and I am very thankful. 

Tools that I have been given are part of my daily life, and there is not a day when I do not use what I’ve learned.
